Best of 2009 Films accepted by Cortoons Festival

For the third consecutive year, Cortoons Festival based in Rome, Italy, has accepted films from our department. This year, Cortoons has accepted all twenty-two of the Best of 2009 films, including a special screening for the film Static by Jack Lykins.
